With all of the Ruth Hollander excitement at the convention banquet, etc.......we were neglegent in publically thanking Michael Turner for his STELLAR job serving as Vice President of The VCCC. Most of the time, the VP is present, but doesn't have to "step up" as much as Michael did.
Michael has done an EXCELLENT job serving our club. He showed great compassion towards all people, he has handled tricky situations with grace. As the "new' Vice President, (many thanks for that nomination, etc), I HOPE to serve our VCCC as well.
So, in the presence of ALL members those who were there AND those who were absent, THANK YOU, Michael, for EVERYTHING you have done for The VCCC.
