A new brand?

So I was on YouTube and stumbled upon a few videos talking about “Handy Andy’s Quality Vac, Vacuum Cleaner Brand” (yes it is a mouth full to say), has anyone ever heard of them? Used one?

Here is the link to a video that shows it best, in the backfround, it looks just like a Riccar or Simplicity. In all the videos I could never find a direct picture or demonstration of one.

I am going to guess that the Handy Andy Vacuum is made by someone else, like Tacony with a Handy Andy lable glued on. Like the Stark's Royals are made by Royal with the Stark's name on the bag.
Does anyone know who is the maker of Handy Andy's vacuums?
