Hello all - Hope everyone is doing well...
I am putting up a little tune I did for a dear friend of mine at work that was leaving after 25-years...
The last two times someone has left, they asked me to do a little tune for them for their last day... I usually do something more on the moving side - The last two were "The way we were" and "My way" -
David had asked me to do something for him with meaning, but upbeat... I had known I wanted to do "You've got a friend", but I could not do it in a typical somber fashion... What to do ???
Here is my more upbeat version... I was not originally going to post it because I knew it would get a lot of thumbs down on YouTube but shockingly I have had very positive feedback from anyone that heard it...
So here you go - Hopefully it does not offend... Remember, I had to keep it upbeat !!!
