I found this last week and it needed a new switch and a hose eventually. I am not really impressed with the build quality but none the less I still have love. Its a cute little vac and wanted to share. I paid 12 dollars for it

Thats one of my personal favorites. There was an upright and a polisher that matched it. It is one of those cleaners where you can go out and find the complete set. There were a few other Electrolux model lines that were like this, including the Regency series (light blue) which is another of my favorites.

lol

15 dollars wow! thats so funny I saw 12 and grabbed it without even thinking twice. I have a friend I have been getting to know from this site who has rekindled my emotion for eluxes.

I have one like that too, it's two tone gray. I keep it in my kitchen pantry with the hose on the machine and ready to
go when the kitchen floor needs something more then the swifter! Used to use it with the sidekic on the carpeted
steps in my house !
Not quit the power of my sliverado, but liter weight.

A very nice machine

I also like the plastic body lux's although the motors are not as easy to rebuild, but the replacement motors are not expensive.I like the 2100 and regency these are simple machines the later 6500's and 7000's have more wires than the space shuttle and are hard to put back togather.

Oh, I remember this machine! Service Merchandise carried Electrolux vacuums in the late 80's-early 90's and this was one of them. It was strange to see an Electrolux in a mass merchandising store at the time, but in fact was a portend of things to come.

IIRC, this model was priced $499. SM also had the upright and maybe the floor polisher. All in all, good machines but a step down from the all-metal door to door Electrolux.

I always liked the color. They made a Special Edition canister with the lights and dial on the top panel, too. I don't know if they sold them side-by-side or at different places. Yours looks like it has a really nice matching hose.

I wonder what tattoo used for a vacuum??

A Hoover Junior of course...

Wah wah Wah Wah....

I know poor taste....
