If memory serves correct, Advance is no longer in business. I think it was bought out/merged with nilfisk?? You might want to try the commercial janitorial supply outlets first as one of them will know the history of the machine and parts/supply availability. Advance had a long history in the commercial janitorial supply industry.

... It's now Nilfisk-Advance, but they do still sell machines under the Advance name, including a version of the Carpetwin (now Carpetwin 16XP). LOTS of these are out there in the commercial market. Any decent janitorial supply house, brick and mortar or web-based, should be able to supply bags and parts.
