1997 Hoover runabout elite U4253-930

I believe this vacuum is rare and I got it at the thrift store for $10. Needs a belt and the clip to put the bag on from hanging is broken. Any info on this machine would be awesome to know.

Made in September of 2001. The model itself is not exactly rare, but it looks good.

I thought it was made january of 1997.

Yes, the date code does say January 1997. It is read as MMYY (month, year).
