You find a lot of weird brands. I've never seen this one either but "durabilt" sounds familiar like I seen it on something before.

It's a re-brand of a Singer upright. Ryobi bought the Singer Manufacturing plant in Anderson SC and continued making Singer designs for Singer, Kenmore and other house brands. This is one such example. Ryobi used lousy plastics however and they tend to be very brittle and fragile as they age where older plastic body Singer made versions hold up much better.
