1993 Dirt Devil Car Vac 08207

This is an old find that has not been previously posted before. This is a 1993 Dirt Devil Car Vac 08207 with a 12V car plug that I got at Goodwill On 2/22/14 for just $3.75. It was during a 50% Off Saturday Sale. I only have the one photo, as this was before I was a collector and took many detailed photos of my vacuum finds.

Car Vac

There was a dealer countertop display available (that I don't have) with a voltage converter to demo these.

Does it sound the same as a regular hand vac and does it use the same style motor or is it different?

Nice find

This had to be one of the only motor driven brush rolled 12V car vacs out there at the time. I know there were attachments you could use like Kirby's Zip drive and others, but this is kind of unique!

I believe it uses the same motor as all their hand vacs but likely the power source made to run at a lower power and on DC for that matter. I can imagine you would need to leave the car running as this thing would drain your battery quickly.

DD Car Vac

I think I just saw one hiding behind the red DD hand vacs.If I don't move it to the Buick it could go to your car or truck or van or SUV or ?.
