Yowza, it's a Eureka! Both your vacuumed carpet and the vacuum cleaner are attractive, Scott!
I like the typical main neutral and trim accent colors of Eureka uprights that were used on many of the classic household F & G bag ones from 1957 until around 1995 beginning with the Model S-260. Its a clean, sharp look; which your photo shows in both the cleaner and the carpet. That, along with the sound and performance of a vintage Eureka are a stunning combo.
Btw, the newspaper database I have access to revealed advertisements for the Model 1432 from 1987 to 1995, so it was one of the consumer favorites. Interestingly, the hood style changed from the classic to the narrow styles—likely beginning with your Type D in 1991 as ads till then showed the older version. Other types of the model were A, B, E, & F.
Euphoric Eureka-ing!
