Excellent find! I got my first one last year too, but slightly newer. I believe its a 1994 or 1997 Royal and in green. They are impressively strong vacuums!

Nice Find Ben!
Looks nice but will look better after you give it a good polishing! Can't beat the price, and with a build date in 1987, I'm also assuming it doesn't scream! Congrats on a nice find,
