Check this out: here is a 1983 Royal 611 (serial #K83-F-41761 - October 1983 mfg. date) heavy duty commercial vacuum. However, the dark blue bag seen isn't original, rather the original bag for an '83 commercial type Royal would have been the one with the "T" shaped abstract design, with the then-current Royal logo on top, and the word COMMERCIAL (all embroidered in red) running down vertically. These together form a stylized "T."
Also not original is the Adjust-O-Rite plug, which was gleaned from a pre-1975 Electro-Hygiene upright. I also believe this model had a headlight, but it appears to be modified so as not to have one.
