Amazing find! I think those jcpenney made Hoovers are probably rare! I would love to have my hands on one if those one day!

Yes!

Hoover made a lot of vacuums for Penney's. They were under the name Penncrest for a while.
I have a few of them. Great machines, of course. How could they not be.?
