ohhh maybe she had a second thought?

I think she had a second thought.."OM effing god!! It is time for my husband to ditch this bloody heavy Kirby, rip out these dirty carpets and replace them with some beautiful hardwood floors"....hmmm..and now I am going to pour myself a double manhatan, kick up my high heels, and watch the Dick Van Dike show!!!

maybe its just me

but the pictures look real but the vacuums themself look like they are "drawn" in. I dunno....

And she's probably thinking I bet my Cristian Louibiton's feel so much better than my Jimmy Choo's!

"drawn in"

Well, I think they did take a picture of the vac, but then someone accentuated the image with a pencil & paints to make the Kirby stand out, at least that's how I think it works... :)

180

Hi Justin I like all your Kirbys. I also have the 180 same vacuum i cal it the July 4th Kirby. I would love to get a new floor brush. i no they are not made any longer so for now i just lub- the bearings it works for a while. A shane it is a very nice running machine. I see you have a Oreck how do you like it? I also have one much older then that. Take care Doug

My Oreck

Doug, I put that Oreck together when I worked for the local Oreck franchise. It's the base and handle grip of a 9200, the motor, fan housing and tubes from various 'donner' models and the bag from a 3700. I like it. It's mostly for 'quick pick-ups' or for when my aging joints don't want to move a 'Kir-beast'. I am hoping to get a factory refurbished XL Legend(in red,not black). It's easy to use and you can get under low furniture. In my home the cat likes to hide under my night stands, so I have to vacuum under them often.
