My grandmother worked for Sears in 1964 for 6 months and while working there she bought a Kenmore vacuum cleaner. She said it was gray in color and it had a cord winder on it and had a power nozzle. I have no idea what this vacuum looked like and I was wondering if anyone might have one that they might share some pictures of it. She loved it! In 1968, the hose wore out and she had the option of either getting a new hose for $80 or get a new vacuum cleaner. She had gotten an employee discount on the Kenmore since she was employed by Sears at the time. Since she didn't work there anymore, she didn't get any more employee discounts. She got a Fairfax instead and she hated it from day one. She had the Fairfax up until 1980 when she bought a brand new Kirby Tradition for $350. Pictures of the 1964 or 1965 Kenmore would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and have a great day!
