No way am I giving it back. This one is perfect and complete. Including the optional tool rack and swivel caster for the back of the machine, and the wall rack to store the hose and extension poles.

The optional wall rack. Allowed you to store your machine completely assembled, ready to be rolled into action at a moments notice.

The optional “papoose” attachment carrier. This one also includes the optional swivel wheel. Yes, that is the correct color of the attachments. Plastic injection molding was in its early stages.

1950s realness. They even told you where the switch was. They engraved the serial number into the edge of the switch pedal.

For some reason, the first vacuum cleaners other than airway that used disposable bags, didn’t really call them “bags”. Hoover called them Hygienasacs. Electrolux called them rappers. It makes sense that a self-contained bag that did not sit in a cloth bag, as most machines of the time did, would call the bag a sak.

Hey

That machine is a beauty. I know lewyt packed alot of punch. The styling is better than most. The speed sac and the papoose are great names. I do like the vacuum thanks for sharing.
