Well, after all the comments before I decided to take some of the advice and use the old metal lathe and cut a new axle seems to fit perfect. Then I went down and found some Wheels they work. The height is exactly where it needs to be for a bare floor which is fine I don't really plan on using it but it rolls and I'm working on cutting a replica of the height adjustment wheels that you turned so we'll see how that comes out so for those of you gave some advice I say thank you and we still haven't figured out what it's worth. Nice work. I don't think you harmed the value any by re-creating otherwise unobtainable parts. I find the more I work on something like that, the more I value it. Exactly how that translates to monetary value is always completely subjective.

$150-$500. Being it's not a vacuette. That's my guess on the value. eBay you could get more like crazy money or you can get minimal amount. Id take offers if you wish to sell. .

Did you put little spacers on the shaft so that the wheels don't slip and slide the entire length of the axle? As long as you disclose to the buyer that the wheels have been bodged, there's no harm in it. It's not like you can go out and find any - it might take years or decades to find the right parts. As long as it is functional, and you did so good at blending it in, I do not think the buyers will be that put off by it. I think it will get a fair amount now that it is a bit more cleaned up and less dirty as it was.

Huskyvacs certainly had a very good idea to make it functional. And you did a great job polishing it up. It’d be very difficult for me to part with it. It’s certainly a very desirable machine, if you do decide to sell it, I’d imagine you could get some good money for it. Thank you for sharing these photos!

Yes, I myself would keep it too if it was me. You seem to be an antiques guy, judging by what's in the background of the pics, it might be a cool piece to have in the home. (Also I have that same Sunbeam humidity gauge lol)
