Woops, Ive made a typo, spelled my name wrong (super sorry) These have a boiler that the water goes directly into (I think) the cap is designed so it doesnt pop off under pressure, its very safe. Im glad we went for a polti and not a cheap, lesser known make. Ours can be used as a wallpaper...

On ours, it buzzes when the tank is low, you then need to open the tank cap slightly and squeeze the steam trigger to relese excess steam, then, you refill it and wait two mins for it to heat up :-) Tim

OMG! we have had two of these, the one is working fine, and the other was sold. Absoloutly fantastic vax machines :)

ah, i see :) my mother has a dyson hand held (first Gen) and i have the rapido and this hoover :)

hahahahahaha!!! i dont think it will be as good as its 1952 equivilent lol it does seem well made, i use hand vacs for picking up catnip cat fur crumbs,ect

I shall give my oppinions on it tomorrow as it needs to charge for 24h prior to first use :) Its very quiet and light weight so it seems like a winner with me at the moment :) Tom :)

Hello all :) i was in Homebase today, and it was the first ever time ive visited a homebase store acctually, i was looking at the floor care section (im not that into vaccumes but i do find them slighty interesting), and i saw a Hoover Handy plus hand held vac, i have a wet and dry electrolux...

that dyson absolout plus is the same model that my nan had after the philips one, she gave the dyson to somone to fix and never saw it again :( i have happy memories of being little and watching nan hoover up with it lol Tom :)

OMG! i think i can remember my nan having one of these!! it was awsome, and it used to smell of coconut lol :) happy hoovering :) Tom :)

t think ive seen those hoover vacuum fresheners on Espares.. thier expensive tho, unless they just supply the generic stick type when you order them..hmmm... Tom :)
