Guilty I have a thing for the oreck, Ive got 2 of them, one of the cheap target ones and then the XL. They do fluff the rugs nice, but not to good at deep cleaning. I use them moslty between heavy vacuuming.

My question is about the older model tristar. Ive heard you can switch the beater bar wiht a eureka, which is definatly more agressive on the rug, exactly what I need to. Ive got really thick carpet and I need the agitation. Has anyone compared the Tri Star wiht Filter Queen, which I do have...
