John I can say for myself, that I had a wonderful time at the VCCC convention at Kansas City this summer. Everyone was very nice to me, there was no drama until someone from the other side showed up uninvited..... Other than that I loved the fact that we were there just to talk about vacuums...

John I really do like the newer Hoover carpet cleaning. It has 2 regular brush rollers and they spin very fast! I was impressed how well it cleaned up dog vomit.
