    Repair That Vacuum

My mom and dad put this in a scrap book years ago I am thinking because I took many items apart and most of the time get things put back together and still be in working condition. I would have been about 4 1/2 years old at the date of this comic strip. I am tossing it out things and found it...

    My Electrolux model G

So this is weird, odd, strange or unusual While I would say the Model G is my favorite Electolux, just how many people want a tank top T-shirt with the Model G on it? Would the general public know what it was? I guess one could say the same about my car. I hope I hope I have not insulted anyone...

    The Regina Crusader? Rare?

Another question myvacsrock is the casing of the switch broken or do you feel the internal parts broken? Hoover only used the switch on one model but Regina seems to have used it on a number of models. Good Luck

    The Regina Crusader? Rare?

I have a question myvacsrock Is the Crusader a 2-speed vacuum with a red or black switch lever? I had a Regina Model 50 and the switch was the same as found on the Hoover One Fifty however its lever was black, my Regina had the red. I sold the switch for use on the One Fifty a few years back...

    Royal Vacuum Models M1038Z, 129 and RY9200

These are the only Royals I own. The M1038Z I bought last week looks near new and seems to be in great condition with just a few minor scratches. I had wanted a newer Royal and the orange monster was the right price and condition and yes it is the Chinese model but that is okay. My understanding...

Singer R1 Bag with Patent Numbers on it For all the Singer folks, I have a really ugly original Singer R1 bag and it has Patent Numbers on it on the back side down by the bag ring. Good to know That is a good looking bag Marty. Seems to be labor a intensive project. One would think anyone using a late 30s and early 40s Hoover with the large round bag ring as their primary vacuum would want one.

Outer zipper bag for earlier Hoovers?

Sorry, seems you might to be abou 40 years late Hello jbellafesta, You are going to have to look for a new old stock and possibly a Vac Shop the has been in business for a long time. Some might recommend using only the original shake out bag. But these Zip Units kept the dust and dirt from...

    westinghouse vacuum style 498240 update

Westinghouse or Regina Interesting, one could ask if the Westinghouse resembles the early Regina or could one ask if the Regina resembles the Westinghouse. The three machines with red cords may be newer than the one in the first three pictures. It looks like only the nozzles are different.
