    Wow!

Well I will try this again. I was typing a message and suddenly my page changed to a vacuum advertising page??? What a change after not checking the site out for 2 days. It will take some getting used to. I did check out the info on my account and I found a few errors which I had to correct...

    Royal Electro Hygiene Deluxe

Thanks for the info Jeff! Yes it is a 565. The serial no. is almost worn off. I'll have to take another look. What machine would the wands with the red cuffs be from? The rug and floor nozzles do have the pin and the lower wand has the slot to allow them to rotate. Gary

    Royal Electro Hygiene Deluxe

It doesn't have the receptacle for a power nozzle. Thanks for the info. Gary

    Royal Electro Hygiene Deluxe

This vac was posted locally on Facebook Marketplace yesterday. Only the 2nd time that I have seen an 'old' vac for sale locally. It looked to be in excellent condition so today I went and had a look and brought it home for $40. It is indeed in excellent condition...barely a scratch anywhere...

Let's see your favorite Electrolux cleaners

My fav Lux is my model 89. It is so quiet and easy to use. The telescopic wand was an ingenious touch to make vacuuming easier. I love the trigger switch on the hose handle for the power nozzle not to mention the pistol grip handle. The gas pump hose handles found on almost all modern vacs...

    New Aerus models

Aerus, formerly Electrolux, was founded in 1924 so their 100 year anniversary was in 2024. I bought a new Aerus 6500sr vacuum in 1999 and it had the 75year anniversary decal on the top of the cleaner. Gary

    Got another weird backpack vacuum...

To me it looks more like a fabric steamer rather than a vacuum cleaner due to the diameter size of the 'hose'. I think you probably add water and it will produce steam. Gary
