    Electrolux 612

2 slight problems, but not the end of the world The hose has a tear in it, which leaked suction badly, a bit of tape has sealed it up, not exactly pretty, but fully functional still.

    Electrolux 612

Hi guys, I guess you could officially say the collecting bug has bitten now. Went into the British Heart Foundation shop today, walked straight over to this, and bought it without second thought. When I got it the handle release didn't work, but a bit of dismantling and reassembly and that's...

    What is the WROST vacuum?

Worst vacuum I have ever used? My Grandad's Dirt Devil centrixx TS. Clogs at after cleaning one small room, turbo brush doesn't work at all and the suction and filtration are appauling. My flat came with an Electrolux vitesse petlover which is pretty awful too, again clogs, poor suction, poor...

Now.... The suction is absoltely amazing! So quiet too! It's actually a lot lighter than I expected, lighter than a Henry I'd say. The filter system is fantastic too, the dust container STINKS of dog, yet the exhaust air smells perfectly fresh! I don't like the "Bagless" dust collection...

    Filter Queen

The bug Well if it hasn't bitten yet it's certainly snapping at my heels! I'll certainly be on the lookout for a 1036, amongst many others (if only I had the room!) I guessed by the looks of it it will probably be completely impractical, too heavy and too big to use in my house, but that's...

    Filter Queen

Hi guys, Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, no idea of the age. Was just browsing ebay and noticed this up for grabs in my area and I'm thinking about going for it, could do with a new cylinder (canister) machine and this looks pretty interesting and unusual. :) I know nothing of this...

    Dyson vs. Royal Everlast/Kirby

Why would you even bother trying to compare a Dyson to a Kir That's like comparing a carpet shampooer to a vacuum cleaner and asking which one will leave carpets cleanest! It's obvious which one, but would you shampoo your carpets as part of your everyday clean up!? They are completely...

    New Vacuum Advice

    New Vacuum Advice

Hi Guys, Don't know so much about vacs I'm afraid, more of a washer guy, so not really sure what my best option is here. My Grandad has Dirt Devil Bagless cylinder thing which clogs at the drop of a hat and barely picks anything up, so I want to get him a new vacuum for Christmas. Now, his...
