nice hoover Hi Mike that was A great find. all the extra parts is a + the brush roll is for a newer model like a model 28, its hard to see the end caps it may be for a 26, but eather way it will work on the newer models just change the shaft and end caps. Chris

Air-Way bags I use the Air-Tec bk2000 bags thay are a cloth 3ply hepa type bag and thay work great. I also use them in my Handy-Way sani-clean vacuum. Chris http://www.air-tec.com

1400 bearing It is best to replace the whole bearing plate housing, on these models. the biger motors you can just change the bearing. I would replace the top sleeve bearing to, as they are bad most of the time. Chris

to remove 25 motor hood pry up on the hoover name plate on the hood, just under the light hole. then ther will be a screw to remove and then the hood will come off. Chris
