The VG II is in good shape, just needs cleaned up, lubed and new brush strips. What type of lubricant is used on these brushrolls with sleeve type bearings? general purpose grease (lithium), like for ball bearings or something lighter weight, like a white silicon grease?

Need an opinion on power nozzles

Hi Norm, Thanks for your feedback...I have heard good things about both Power Nozzles, but if someone with a long history in the business & Eureka recommends the Quadraflex, that is good enough for me...I am going to try to get that one. Hi Andy, Thanks for your feedback as well, I have also...

Compact/TriStar According to this chart...it followed the Compact C9 and was the first model to have the TriStar name.....dated 1982-1985. Does not not give a model name or #. Hope this helps....

    Royal 4000 Bag Odor

If you have a Kirby with a suds-o-gun or another vac with a sprayer, try that with Kirby shampoo....Vacuum well ,spray on lots of suds and gently sponge in, inside & out, let dry and vacuum again. Thats the way i always cleaned and deodorized bags. Works great and smells great for a while...
