    Robotic vacuums? Anyone?

I have a cheapo robot vac that has no brushroll and only a squeegee and it works pretty well on hard floors. It's not as loud as a normal vacuum but it's not as pleasant sounding as a normal vacuum either. Unlike more high-end robot vacuums it doesn't have a lidar so it's navigation is really...

    Numatic in [North] America

I'm not sure what made you think that will happen but there's no reason for that to happen since Numatic already distributes their products through NaceCare to dealerships & stores.

    Numatic in [North] America

Numatic have been in North America for decades (since the 90's iirc) in the commercial market branded as Nacecare. It's only recently that they started to become more popular in the domestic market. The official distributor for Numatic in North America is Nacecare Solutions based in Toronto...

I really like the new Dyson's

I've heard a lot of people say that dysons destroy carpet which is probably why the CRI doesn't certify them. They don't certify Shark either. @beagledad That's very true. It applies to other things as well. People pay ridiculous prices because they're brainwashed into liking it...

    Philips P99 manufacturing date

I recently acquired a Philips P99 and want to find out what year approximately the P99 was manufactured. There are no date stamps anywhere on the plastics last time i checked. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what year it was released/discontinued or what time period it was sold as...

I really like the new Dyson's

Sebo signed a agreement with Windsor to supply vacuums to the US. Windsor is owned by Karcher which is why sometimes Sebos are sold under Karcher or Windsor. Sebo has no relation to Karcher/Windsor in terms of ownership.

My favorite Italian vacuums are Lindhaus and Soteco

    Tornado Magic One

I've heard of Tornado but never really gotten familiar with them. That power nozzle is a Italian made Ghibli/Tecnica nozzle. Very popular among Italian vacs.

I really like the new Dyson's

The reason why the X series doesn't have a brushroll shutoff button is because there is only 1 motor for the air to move and to drive the brushroller. You have to keep in mind it's design dates back to 1991 and was revolutionary for its time. Either way you can use it on non-delicate hard...

Use your Rexair to clean your screened porch

@panasonicvac Now that's interesting. @electro That's neat The Numatic George also has a similar attachment that you scrub with and then suck up the water of the floor. The only downside I see is scrubbing it manually is quite the hard job which is why floor machines with scrubbing pads exist.
