Tom I agree with you 100%. I hate the handgrip on my sentria 2. The diamonds handle is so much more comfortable to hold. My diamond actually feels more self propelled than my sentrias also.

Definitely, my favorite Kirby. I like the delicate switch and I prefer the old style handgrip over the new one.

I know how you feel Keith. I feel the same way about Kirby. I use to love them, but lack of any new improvements in the last 20+ years has left me disappointed. I can't figure out for the life of me what their engineering dept. does when they punch in. Oh well, there's always riccar.

Maybe he's talking about how the Kirby snowplows debris around. I like my kirbys, they are great deep cleaners , but they got nothin on my riccars and simplicity's for one pass pickups.

Happens quite a bit. It's a simple fix. Check YouTube. There's a step by step video on how to fix it. It takes 5 minutes to repair it
