sears i bought the top of the line Elite recently. I like a lot about it, except the hose is impossible to work with . I called Sears vac line to see if there is a reach out hose for it and they said no, not foe this model. I asked what I should do they said bring it back.

K/A I have a purple Artisan. Love it. But, I still use my Sunbeam more. I like the 2 different bowls, and I grew up with a Sunbeam. The one I use the most is 40 years old and going strong. Too bad they don't make them like that anymore. I sound like my parents!
