Picked up a nice elite 7amp vacuum,while tearing down the motor it looks like it has a sleeve bearing at the rear,but what kind of bearing is at the fan end?. anyhow the machine runs great will be selling it soon.

Sound like a easy fix. I been working on Kirby's for twelve years,those heritage 2 machines are the best machines kirby ever built.This is most likely something very easy to fix,take it to a good vac shop and have them fix it.I see no difference between a good operating heritage 2 and G series...

I have seen one One of my very good vacuum friends of mine has and sold them.It is yellow and is designed to be dunked into a decontamination bath.I dont think it is in production any longer a great piece for a collector.

Thred lock tight If the screw that holds the rug nozzle lever is stripped this will prevent the head from being firmly attached.I have had sucess with removing the screw and apply some thred lock.

I recommend I would recommend the triple crown or special edition models.I don't have any now but if you get a incomplete system I have several parts in my ebay store.

hoover elites are very good there are many hoover elites out there,they are light and easy to service.
