    Dirt Devil Broom Vac

Belt I know there was some discussion on another thread of this question. However so far I have not had the belt come off. I do believe if it is twistred the correct way when installed, it should stay put just fine. There is a diagram next to the belt showing which way it should twist & this...

Latest thrift store score. In great shape, cleaned up nicely. Wishing I would have bought the attachments I saw for this model at our local Goodwill a couple months back.

    dyson + hammer =

Well said Gareth Gareth you hit the nail on the head! I have often thought that same thing. Some of us have put up with too much s@#t over the years because of our passion for vacuums. We don't need it here. "Considering that most of us faced some form of persecution because of our fondness of...

    **DUMPSTER FIND-Hoover WindTunnel V2**

Gary, thanks for the reply with all the info regarding model history & the brushroll setup. I really enjoyed learning. I did notice that some of the bristles on my brushrolls are touching. It didn't seem as though they should mash against each other anywhere along the rolls. I wonder if maybe...

    Sanyo Transformax

Consumer Reports Brian, thanks for the info about the Cosumer Reports article on it. I am not surprised that they ranked it top stick vac. **DUMPSTER FIND-Hoover WindTunnel V2**

Brushrolls I love the dual agitator concept if only it would have been perfected! Does anyone know where the Saavy falls in the lineup? Was it a version of the Wind Tunnel, or was it it's own model? I remember it as having the dual agitators, but don't recall much more about it.

    **DUMPSTER FIND-Hoover WindTunnel V2**

I know that there's another post about the Windtunnel V2 going currently. But I wanted to show my latest acquisition which is an older model than the one currently under discussion. Found this at a local vac shop that was going out of business. It was waiting to go in the dumpster & I rescued...

    Sanyo Transformax

Hey guys, here's one of my latest finds. It's not something I was really looking for, but came across in a local thrift store. I was intrigued & home with me it went. It cleaned up well & has quite a bit of suction for such a lil guy. The turbo nozzle goes 90 to nothin! The nozzle a bit rattley...

There were 4 or 6 windtunnels, some of them bagged in the dumpster at one of our local vac shops just this week. Must have been the week for shops to trash their trade in's. LOL

    Hoover Quik Broom

Color Names Ray, thanks for the clarification on the color names. After my original post, Jason sent me scans of original Hoover advertisements. I noticed on those that the color names were "camel" & "oyster white". Do you have a pic of yours to post? I don't think I have seen the honey beige...

    Hoover Quik Broom

Tyler thanks for the Hesco link. I really like the schematic view of all the machines. Jason, I didn't even think about this as being a part of the pickles lineup.
