I've Answered My Own Question I just tried to find aerosol cans of flocking, and the first thing that popped up was this flocking kit! It looks like any vacuum with an employable exhaust can do this. Eeeeee! 

What is THIS kooky business??? What is that, a Hoover Portable? How does this work?  Can I persuade my Kirby to do this? My friends would laugh themselves into a stupor if they caught me doing this to a Xmas tree (which would make it all worth while).
