    Kirby suction fans

I need to develop something that reduces the opening to the fan so the blades are not as exposed.

    Kirby suction fans

Reason I ask is the straight blades of the clear lexan fan in the vacuum seem to bounce small bits of grit and small stones back off it and then it spits them back out, a bit like the hoover juniors used to do... I was thinking the curved blades which are shaped more like the kirby fan would be...

IS it this one your using a metal fan in? I want to get a curved bladed fan for my Sanitaire. It has the plastic straight blade version in at the moment and I find this makes it spit things out. Does anyone know where I can get one with curved blades from that are more like the kirby blades?

I love my Sanitaire but I rotate between that and the Kirby Sentria prob at 3 monthly intervals. Prob with the Sanitaire is it spits cat litter about. I converted mine to take the new style bags and also fitted a better brushroll did improve things. It is almost self propelled now. The...

Anyone have info on the new Kirby ?

Sentria Smaller Main Head I wish they would introduce a smaller main cleaning head for carpets as I have gone back to my Sanitaire for a bit simply because the size of the Sentria head does not allow me to get into some areas because of the width of it. I wish you was able to buy a smaller one...

    Ultimate test of quiet?

My cat is petrified of the Kirby handheld but doesnt mind the sentria and just sits on the back of the sofa watching. She is also petrified of the Eureka Sanitaire and will run out of the room.

Ah ok, I thought they were just a glorified carpet sweeper but if it actually vacuums as well and has suction then fair play.

    Kirby Service Centres

2nd phone call in like 6 months from Kirby Service Centre asking me if I want my Sentria servicing highlighting how important it is that I get it serviced given that I havent had it serviced in a year. Anyone have info on the new Kirby ?

Energy Saving Kirby Vacuums have always been energy saving when compared to say a Dyson or any other clean air design that run at say 1800watts! I cant wait till it is released I just hope they havent put too much plastic on. Dont see why there is a need for all these sensors though, my kirby...

    New Sentria update???

I have found that the LED headlights whilst brighter are more prone to failing. Two modules have been replaced on my Sentria, one since I got it. THe people I bought it from sold it to me without a working headlight so I had it replaced but I noticed on the documentation that they also had...
