I sure hope another collector got this great find!!! I don't think I would want a new old vac as god forbid it gets dusty or scratched. I have restored my hoover 700 but I still take it for a spin now and then as it is not NIB quality. Not so afraid to use it for the purpose intended.

HI Mark, I would hold on to it for sure. These have appeared on ebay often enough and not in as great condition as yours. Wait till another comes up and buy it for spares. Just get assurance that it works before buying it.
