    My 1st Rug Renovator!

"...Will not fit the Omega or Classic III..." It may fit, but the question would be, would it depress the Safety Speed Selector switch on these models. The Switch on the Heritage and Legend models are not on the attachment bar, but the fan case. The picture you show looks like it may have a...

    The PIGG has arrived.

Is this a separator machine? The "Three stomach" comment made me think it is not, just asking for clarification. Is this traditionally a straight suction machine, or can it come with it's own power nozzle? With the size and then adding water, it looks like it could be a heft to lift.

    Fantom Technologies Inc (UPDATE 3)

Give him credit. The boy had dreams. Though I highly doubt he will start production, let alone purchase the patients for the $40 he raised on his godundme campaign.

    Fantom Technologies Inc (UPDATE 3)

We haven't had a update lately Just wondering how you were coming along on the massive endeavor of resuscitating the Fantom brand? I was expecting to see the new infomercial on TV showing us the new Fantom. When is the release date?

Should Eureka Leave The Market Whilst Sanitaire Remains

In defense of Eureka Though they have produced less than stellular machines, they also have the new FloorRover, which is not a bad machine for a bagless in that price point. I think there will still be a place on the market for Eureka. They may not be the Eureka of yore, but the name will...

Do you think canister vacuum sales will eventually end in the US?

The Pendulum will swing back As the flooring trends swing. As you watch HG TV you will see the trend towards hard surface floors. A few years ago it was wall-to-wall, but you are seeing area rugs now. I think as Tom G. mentioned when Tacony introduced the Prima, that Canister sales are not...

Door to Door sales and their relevance in 2018 and beyond...

There are crooks, and they prey on the elderly. Unfortunately it happens. It isn't just DTD, but repair persons, roofers, etc. All a factor of isolation as you state, as well as in some cases high pressure. We did not high pressure, because we lived in that town.

Door to Door sales and their relevance in 2018 and beyond...

Bryan1980 That wasn't the case at all. 1. I was eghical, and worked for an ethical distributor. 2. The full package on the tradition. Was $898. Retail. What i was meaning the richer households either didn't want it, or wouldn't part with the money. The poorer households would buy...

Door to Door sales and their relevance in 2018 and beyond...

sptyks One thing I will disagree with you on. "Up scale neighborhood". When I sold Kirby, there was a better chance selling in the trailer park, and "rough" part of town that there was the Upper neighborhoods. Because I was in a college town, the upper neighborhoods were mostly college...

How to cook an entire dinner inside a dishwasher

Mythbusters tried cooking in the dishwasher on one of the episodes. They found it plausible, but suggested thin, short cooking items, like Salmon; as they cautioned the temperature didn't quite reach safe levels on other items. Way back when gas was cheap, we had some family friends that...

    New Rainbow

Are Rainbow repair parts that cheap? I had always found them to be terribly expensive, then again that was paying wholesale. In most cases the sum is worth more than the whole. They once did a study as to why car theft was so popular. It's because at the time a $12,000 Honda Civic was...

    Vacuum Buying Question...

Sensortrronic I would have bought the little sphere vacuum for its looks. In fact, what's it called? Brand name? Is it bagless? Tell more about it.

    Vacuum Buying Question...

    Kirby Tradition Fill-tube design flaw?

It was explained to me, and I worked for Kirby during the Tradition run, that the reasoning behind the smaller fill tube was to throttle down the air flow, because the single ply Type 1 bags were unable to handle the full air flow. Bag material and fill tubes have improved since then, however...

    Leave it to Beaver

Who really cleans that I do Phillip Muller, I do. &#92 After three eye surgeries I was able to see clearly for the first time in my life. I just about killed myself cleaning things that I never knew was dirty. I discovered the "frosted" glass shelves in the bathroom, weren't frosted. The...

    More airflow tests.

Filter(s) on GP I have had my Guardian Platinum for four years now. Though it receives light usage, I have never had to replace the filters. The cloth bags do a very good job of filtering, of course, mileage may vary as those that use in more dusty conditions may experience more frequent changes.
