Paging Dr. Gasko! Paging Dr. Gasko!!

No it is not for the Air-way.... Because the one for the Airway was marked as such. This one bears the Eureka name, and was created for the large commercial Eureka canister. Phillip Muller is the only other one who has one of these.

Ambassador III making noise, engine slowing down

You mean the "Motor" Not the "engine". A jet has a Engine, a vacuum cleaner has a Electric motor.

The Brady Bunch machine you are refurring to John.... Is a 1020. What 4 machines are you missing out of that pic?   Just a note to the original poster for sake of education. The green 1020, is not Bali Green like your 1030. The 1020 is in Spring Green. Spring Green is more dull, and a more...

    Wheels for the Hoover 150

I have replaced those bag straps before... Once you see how it is put together, its not terribly hard to accomplish. For the strap its self, what was originally used is called cotton twill tape. Made from 100% cotton fibers (that's probably partly why the broke...), go to your local fabric...

    Private-Label Kirby Cleaners?

I was going to say the same thing as.... Oreck_XL did, but if you ask Kirby, they claim that that they didn't make any private labels, or knock offs. Those were made my Scott and Fetzer, NOT Kirby...lol...Which is obviously mincing words because Scott and Fetzer IS Kirby..lol...   Ben, I...

    Trash Find Eureka and Hoover

See, Eurekaprince....Also a update.... So, I have to adjust my information. I thought it was "Wild Moss" green, upon reading the ad, it is "Moss" green. So, I would say that "Wild Moss" was the 1976 brighter hue, that made it wild. To where the earlier "Moss" was the more muted with the slight...

    Trash Find Eureka and Hoover

The Eureka Princess.... Is from 1970. That color is not Avocado, it is actually Wild Moss green. According to paperwork, sales sheets and ads that I have seen over time. Wild Moss was a color they used starting in 1969, and all the way through the 70's, but there were different hues of the color.

    Strange National vacuum cleaner

I think it looks alot like the Eureka..... Easy Glide from 1968. There was also a upright called the Eureka Emperor, that was produced by National Panasonic. So perhaps this is also the case.
