When I had my DC07, I used that as my daily driver so I wasn't constantly filling my Kirby bag up as you mentioned. Funny thing... Before I sold my E2, I cleaned the powerhead out real well and replaced the brush strips and that thing picked up let me tell you!!! Clayton :)

I used to have that problem on our berber... TILL I bought the tough Diamond brushroll. The problem dissolved! Every now and then my G4 does it still. Clayton :)

Nothing like using my... Kirby G4 with HEPA bags!!! It just seems to clean the berber carpet so well!!! Clayton :)
