Doesn't surprise me at all. Remember Dyson has been claiming that they have no loss of suction and now there is a new story since Cinetic came out. I would imagine the Cinetic to work well in the average home but it may struggle to filter all the fine dust in exceptionally dusty environments...

I really do I agree! Lol I just moved into new flat you see. Vacuumed 4 times with Dyson DC24 and my pre motor filter clogged up with a fine powdery dust it stopped sucking. Washed the filters and used the Sebo Felix instead. I wonder wot on earth has been going on in the flat before I moved in...

Hi Marcus, You won't notice any difference in sound level with the F9 filter. It's thicker but does nothing for sound suppression. Hope that helps.
