    Electrolux L rear wheel

Drake- It's OK, I should be able to fix it... I hope. Other than that the L works fine. I am going to get a newer hose out of storage to use with it. Thanks for that pack of Lux bags. I cleaned the hard floors and area rugs with it yesterday. I also used a Kirby Zip Brush to get cat hair off my...

    Electrolux L rear wheel

I am hoping that someone on the forum can help me. I have just been given an Electrolux model L, but it needs a rear wheel replaced. It looks like the wheels are bolted in place. Can they be replaced or will I need to have the whole rear axel replaced. Thanks in advance. Justin

    Introduction- Love my NEW Rainbow!

Shelly, Since you already know how to use a Rainbow properly I don't think you will have any problems with it. Yes, some people get a lemon and others simply don't know HOW to use one the right way. I know people that love Rainbow and I know people that hate them and both groups have very good...

Value of Kirby Sanitronic in the box

Could kirbybag please translate his message. Is it "How much do you WANT? Is it in good working CONDITION? Nice Kirby. It would sell on ebay for the RIGHT price. Let me KNOW. Thanks." Grammer and spelling seem to have become a thing of the past.

    Kirby Lengend ll

I love the Legend II, it was the most beautiful of it's generation. That maroon color was the best color Kirby every used, and I wish they would use it again. I have one, but lack the attachments. I hope to add a set of attachments soon. Alexhoovers94- you have a great machine there, use it in...

What BRAND NEW vacuum do you want?

My thoughts on Kirby... Does Kirby still make that Hose End with the sliding speed selector? I have one on my GSix and I think it makes the Zip Brush easier to use and clean better. I'd like to put one on my mom's G3, and should I ever get a Sentria I'd put one on it as well. As for the Speed...

what is the next kirby model

Kirbys are certainly Too heavy, too large and can be hard to use if you are not VERY familiar with them. Kirby needs to make the machine small, lighter and easier to use with out giving up what they are good at... Powerful, multiple uses and HEPA filtering DISPOSABLE bag system. If they did...

what is the next kirby model

I have to agree with Kirbyloverdan. If Kirby had adopted a bagless design it would have been the end of them. Most bagless vacuums don't last like Kirbys do, don't have as much power as Kirbys do, and don't filter as well as Kirbys do. Sure, they would have been the first, but when they...

    Commercial Vacuums

Ryan, I also love that Kerstar. It's a very neat looking machine. I reminds me of the Nilfisk, only bigger and more sturdy. I like that Hoover, too. It's not a great looker, but I bet it is a tank. Far more sturdy than most of the commercial vacuums on the market. Justin

    Plastic vs Metal bodied Electrolux?

From time to time I make digs at plastic vacuums, but those digs are that the cheep 'big box store' vacuums. The Electrolux and Aerus vacuums that are made of plastic are not in the same category as the 'big box' stuff. Plastic Bodied Luxes are very good vacuums, last many years and do a very...

    Outer Bag Cleaning Idea

I just use a Crevice Tool and vacuum the bag's surface throughly. If it's still dirty I will wash the bag in cold, soapy water and let it air dry over night. I have never had any problems doing my cleaning like that. Let us know how you choose to clean your bag and how it works. Thanks, Justin
