VERY FINE STEEL WOOL Get the finest steel wool you can get from the local hardware store and some chrome polish. Put a little bit of chrome polish on the steel wool and rub the chrome parts ad the rust will go away if it is not too bad. If you sand and paint it you will be upset over time...

I don't know for sure.... I am not the Eureka professional. Hit your local vac shop up.

Belt Pulley. I recommend changing the belt pulley, this is a common issue. I cannot tell you how many I've replaced.

Not on the Canadian Models.... The Canadian models have thumb screws. One on the left one on the right. See highlighted picture for information. Once the hood is removed, install a 15 WATT light bulb. Contact me for more instructions. Dennis
