I think I may have it fixed I hope this holds- the 3 little "shock absorbers" I call them, one had come separated from the metal plate. I used some crazy glue and reinstalled the motor and seems perfect now

cord is in nice condition but- retracts a bit slow. my old one was a little faster and went all the way back in a bit easier. is there a way to lubricate?
