    I'm not a big Dyson fan, but I just got a DC44, is it worth it NO WAY, but its christmas, Do I like it YES, its very good for small jobs like my dining chairs covered in navy cashmere not a good if you have 2 dogs . Its also good on stairs and the car and cleaning out the bottom of the fridge

    Dont replace it I would send it to Miele for a recon they now have a fixed price and it will come back like new the problem with the hose is easy to fix you just need to clean the contacts and the loss of power may just mean a new filter.
