A BAD EBAY DEAL FROM RUGSUCKER

You Are Not Alone! Had the same experience with an awesome Kenmore Vacuum. Such a waste to have to throw it away as there was no hope for repair.

Hi Guys! Finally in the new house after having everything in storage for a year while this place was built. It is a little crazy now so everything is piled in the corner. I have the hoses, wands and power nozzles packed up, along with my Rainbow and all the Kirby accessories. I will post...

Top of your wish list sweeper?

Hoover Model 63 My Grandma had a mint Hoover 63, not a scratch on it. I was devistated when I found out she traded it in on a Simplicity 7250 I now have along with her Electrolux XXX.

Theremins and Me on Storage Wars!

Awesome! That was really cool, thanks for sharing. Funny the first unit had a Kirby G3 Dave Hester thought was a "commercial" vacuum worth $300.

Some Rare Vintage Vacuums for Sale! - Bison and Lux Upright

Been there......... This beautiful self propelled Kenmore showed up on my doorstep in pieces. Since it was discontinued there was no way to restore it. There are not many donor machines floating around for vintage Kenmore vacuums!

    Kenmore Variable Speed Upright

I find it is difficult to find Kenmore uprights from the 70's and especially the 80's. Found this jem on Craigslist. I don't remember seeing these vacuums back in the day. The lady I bought it from stated she got it in the 70's, but it seems to strike me more of the 80's genre.

    Grandmother's Hoover Dimension 1000

I'll Buy It I live in Denver. Can't say for sure what it is worth, probably what someone is willing to pay for it. I would be interested in buying it from you. Do you have a figure in mind?

    Should I Buy?

For $5 why not These are fun machines. I actally had a new one back in the day. They have great suction and groom the carpet very well. The only issue is the plastics on these machines become brittle with age and stuff starts to break. I have one in my collection.
