Oh dear, I hope they've bespoke designed those motors and not picked the same amtek that Dyson and hoover used to use... They chew up the fancase bearing, I've had a few like that. A Dyson clutch bearing fits though, with the rubber ring swapped over to pack it out!

Finally finished I refurbished this a few weeks ago and have only just written the thread up tonight! Not really played with the wet kit yet apart from sucking up some water, but it's not going to be overwhelmingly good... Is an average dry vac though, it's funkiness making up for it's gerneral...

Literally just vacuumed now, 11.05pm with the Miele S5510 on its lowest setting after dismantling my old S5210 ready for sale! Did a good job, will get the deep down stuff another day with the Vax!

2am with the miele s5 on the lowest setting to clean up after stripping a vac and not waking anyone up... Gets the surface litter off enough to not get me told off, and she never notices... It's why I've not found better than the s5...if the vax air Revolve could be turned right down it...

Lol no worries. It's a vax product, so it won't be brilliant, every modern vax I've had has had a fatal flaw! I hope Roger gets one to review, I haven't got a good enough video camera or voice to do a speaky video...
