Hoover Sensotronic system 1..

Just finished cleaning this 1982 Sensotronic System 1 up for Ric Gooch. Although its the most basic one, its by far my favourite. That blood red colour is incredible. Will do a vid of it tomorrow

hmmm although I don't think it'll burn the motor out as such because at the end of the day, the tool converter for it removed the belt anyway so that the hose could be inserted, i'm with Seamus on this one. It seems daft using it without the brushroll because it was never designed to work in...

Hi Guido, i think your only option is going to be to keep watching ebay UK for a spare cleaner. Failing that, maybe look into polishing the hood back to a shine to try and make it look a little better than it does Ryan

They are long obsolete so it will be difficult to find a new one. The best thing to do is keep an eye on ebay or find a spare 119 cleaner, they're fairly common in the UK...

I love my Queenie! it cured my hayfever almost over night and being american I find it quite quirky lol anyway, whilst we're on the subject of Seniors and Convertibles, heres my 1979 Ranger u4014. I've just finished cleaning it up, it really is like new!
