A correction. I apologize for the error: your power nozzle is a 213, not 217, the difference being that yours has an external power cable, whereas the 217 is direct connect. As far as I know, everything else I said about the 217 applies to the 213.

217 power nozzle That power nozzle is wonderful for anything other than very thick carpeting. It's quiet, has a protected geared belt, very good powernozzle.
