In response to floor-a-matic; you said you were looking for a turbine power nozzel for your compact, well if I am not mistaken I don't think this model of compact ever came with a turbine tool it but I am not 100% sure thanks. Zach

YES THERE IS I actually stumbled on one not too long ago it is a genuine rainbow power cord that had instead of three prongs had two that would fit into the three prong outlet boycotting the middle ground plug and then on the other end of the cord was your standard two prong end I have it here...

That power is it just me or does it look like an airway power nozzel like the one they used with the yellow similar the the mark 88 thanks? Zach

Yes I too wish they would put a serviceable motor back in their machines but just think who today still has a serviceable motor ALL of the plastic vacs have those crap motors and so does tristar I am not sure about the other high end brands has filter queen switched to the DARK SIDE yet or not...

I think it looks kinda cool it looks similar to the rainbow. Its like they took the design of the rainbow and changed it JUST enough so they could call it their own lol thanks. Zach

I have been looking for one of those hoses and outside cords but I have not been able to find one. Would there be any chance anyone would have a non electric hose and power cord for a lux 89 that would be willing to part with thanks? Zach

I have never heard of anything like that happening I don't think that is possible since there is no pn plug thanks. Zach

Ya I use to have a eureka one very similar to this one with a pn which I happily traded with ben aka massagemiracle for a beautiful airway mark 88 with rug master power nozzel which I love btw thanks. Zach
