    has the floor been scrubbed or stripped too a bare floor prior too applying a new coat of finish? U can always go too a custodial supply place, but they may want u too buy a whole case of wax.. local home depo or lowes has zep brand by the gallon. it's decent stuff. speaking from a custodial...
