It depends on what model you have... If it is a DC15, 17, or 18 they have direct drive systems. If it is a DC07 or 14 WITHOUT floor selector you can replace the belt yourself they are cheap about $5AU. If If has a floor selector you actually need to send it in as Dyson have special techniques...
