In search of a Royal Everlast ry8300 10 amp drop in motor.

No The 7 amp armature 10 amp coil would work. If you had a 7 amp coil and a 10 amp armature you'd have problems.

How does one actually go about installing a bag in an old style Shop Vac All Around?

The Pleated filter helps keep dirt out of the motor. The only time you won't use filter or bag is wet pickup. Yes your using it right.

How does one retrofit disposable bags into pre-Tradition Kirbys?

Ok If you use a bag from 519 or older kirby. You unlatch the top of the bag and it would slide over the heritage setup. I didn't see you didn't want to use a heritage bag. You could get a seamstress to install a zipper on the shakeout bag.

How does one retrofit disposable bags into pre-Tradition Kirbys?

If You use a heritage emtor with fill tube this is one way. You'd have to have a 516-heritage model with 3 ring adaptor for emtor. You would then buy the new adapter for the heritage as it would take kirby type 2 bags. Then any bag would like have a heritage full length bag with it.

    Kirby 2C on Mercari

Is That your 2c? That's a pretty nice machine. The bag was sold in the 1960's by a company that sold things like green rubber grips and green pre 1960s belt lifters.
