    Are they nuts??

Yes!! Yes they are nuts! And that is one ugly-ass Bojacked Kirby if I ever saw one. Almost makes you feel sorry for them that they know so little about it to price it like that, thinking it will actually sell LOL.

    Toy vacuums

Mattel Tuff Stuff Vacuum Brian, thanks for sharing the photo of your Tuff Stuff vacuum box. I forgot all about those! I had one of those as well in the very early 80's as a small child.I think I used mine until it fell apart. My mom still has another push toy I used as a "vacuum" when very...

    Aerus Lux Classic

Jimmy, I agree about the weight of this vac, so easy to carry & maneuver. This is my first Lux with a vinyl hose & it's soo user friendly! I didn't get any attachments with it sadly. I am on the lookout though. Would this have had grey plastic wands, dusting brush & crevice tool??

    Aerus Guardian Platinum

So I got to try out the new Aerus Guardian Platinum today at the Kansas City Aerus dealers booth at the Kansas State Fair. Supposedly the unit I tried is a prototype they were demonstrating. It was awesome to see it in person. Very quiet! Especially on low w/ the variable speed control. They...

    Ugly Duckling

Nice find Rob. I have always had a fondness for this machine. A friend of my grandma's had one when I was a little kid and I remember thinking how unique looking it was. What with the dual handle & push buttons. I didn't know much about them until another collector posted about his recently...

    Oreck Orbiter

I agree that Host & other "dry methods" might be ok for in between maintenance or spot cleaning. However they are not considered "deep cleaning" methods. The majority of carpet manufacturers & certification companies for carpet cleaning companies recognize extraction as a true "deep cleaning"...

    Oreck Orbiter

Having used Host & also working for a carpet cleaning company, the problem you will find with Host or any non-extraction method is re-soiling. It may look good for a while, but not stay clean for long. With those types of cleaning methods you are not really removing the dirt. Some dirt may come...
