If I was going to buy a handle, I'd just buy a Classic handle. Texaskirbyguy did send me the original grip, so all I need is the fork. Maybe my local Kirby guy has one...

Cool! I do like the woodgrain handle. I actually bought that one off of Vacuumland from texaskirbyguy's "Lots of vintage Kirbys and parts" thread. It was cheaper to ship without the handle, so I opted for that. I do want to find the original handle though.

Actually picked it up just today in Stanford, KY. It was a LetGo find. It came with some of the cleaning tools, the Miracle Head, the Handi-Waxer, and the Crystallator.

I recently fixed a Dyson Cinetic Big Ball and A Dyson V6 Animal and was appalled at how poorly designed they are. So many thin and cheap plastic components and so many small and winding air paths. You’re going to have to buy a new cleaner head, and good luck with that, as Shark parts are incredibly scarce. The head cannot be disassembled without completely destroying it. Planned obsolescence at its finest.

Those are good lightweight uprights, better than Oreck actually. However, my local Aerus office has only sold one since they came out.

The bagless Bissell Zing canister is only $60, I'm sure you could pair it with a cheap turbo nozzle for under $100 total if OP wants a brushroll.

Most Kirby floor buffer heads that I come across are either brand new or like new. I'm sure you could find a good one for cheap if you look hard enough.

I wouldn't spend $180 on any Fantom if it wasn't NIB, especially the notoriously problematic Wildcat! eBay vac pricing has gotten a bit ridiculous in recent years.

The price of the Riccar Volt is similar to that of a new Shark upright, so if you're dead-set on a Shark, then just buying a new one would be a better option money wise. I'd keep or donate the old canister Shark if it still works.
